Words have always been my obsession.

I have long been fascinated with what happens when you subtly change a sentence. When you rearrange the structure, replace a word or change the cadence of a paragraph – magic happens!
The text begins to sing; it becomes transformed, and as it does, something happens between the reader and the writing...

I have been a writer all my professional life, first in marketing and advertising, then in my own company as a corporate freelance editor and writer. My copy has appeared on the front pages of the Australian Financial Review, in the pages of the Sydney Morning Herald, The Melbourne Age, Money Management and specialist magazines such as CFO and My Business – none, unfortunately, under my by-line; such are the joys of a life in PR!

I have written newsletters, magazines, Annual Reports, prospectuses, direct mail pieces, internal, external and global communications material, and launched several major media and consumer events programs.

I know what it is to work to a deadline, and I know how to translate industry jargon into real, comprehensible English.

But while words have been my obsession,
my enduring passion has been my spiritual life.

Clairvoyant since childhood, my spiritual journey began in earnest in 1988, when I began to explore astrology, the tarot, mediumship and spirituality. Next came Reiki and other healing modalities, and more recently, the reality of awakening that is the Oneness Blessing or Deeksha.

Spirit is calling to me to change my business
direction, and I am answering that call.

In November 2010, it was clearly time to merge the two parts of my life: to bring together my experience in the corporate world of editing and PR, with my love and understanding of Spirit.

And so a new journey has begun, editing texts that inspire and give hope in these times of change.
